SEA-PAH is volunteer-run. Members staff coat check for a night, work behind the scenes on committees, monitor consent at events, and plan some of our major events.

SEA-PAH takes consent seriously. We started our consent monitor program to provide safer spaces for our community to gather and to have people to talk to if they have an issue at an event. We invite you to join us and fill out our Consent Monitor Sign-Up Form if you would like to be a part.

The board and several committees meet monthly, and the Annual General Meeting is every January. See the regular schedule and upcoming meetings.

Members vote for the Board of Directors each year ahead of the January Annual Meeting, and any member in good standing can run for a seat.

Donations go toward event costs and the scholarship fund. Best in Show is the club's annual fundraiser for local charities.
